• Sign Up on Blogger.

        Blogger is a product of google so you must have a Gmail account to sign up. If you don't have   an account you can create your account here.

•  Go to www.blogger.com.  

        You can either Sign In or Click on Create Your Blog to move.

  Type Title of your blog in title option and address in Address that relates to your blog. Select Template from Theme Option than Click on Create Blog to Create Your Blog .You can customize your theme later.
